Delicious whipped potatoes in serving size portions for your guests! Such a great side dish and an amazing alternative to mashed potatoes. The great thing about this dish is that you can make these ahead of time and freeze them. Then bring them out, bake and add garnish. Looks simple to make and gorgeous to serve.
